We help all students,whether they are French or international! Anyone who is far from home and needs a hand with paperwork or logistics is welcome to reach out to us.


Yes, we speak both English and French.If a translation is needed for a specific procedure, we will handle it or find the right solution.

  • Discuss your situation in detail
  • Clarify exactly how we can help
  • Offer available dates and times
  • Finalize the secure payment

Step 3: Support & Action – We head out on-site and deliver the service as agreed.
You’ll receive a full report after every service.

We cover the entire Île-de-France region,including :
all Paris districts (arrondissements), the surrounding suburbs (north, south, east, and west), as well as further areas like Versailles, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Melun, etc.

We run this service alongside another professional activity,which means our availability fluctuates. To see open slots, please check our online calendar when you submit your contact form. We’ll work together to find a date and time that fits your schedule.

Yes, we can step in on weekends and public holidays,depending on our availability. Feel free to let us know your preferences in the contact form, and we will see what we can do.

Ideally, we recommend reaching out 7 days before your desired date.
However:

  • In case of emergency, contact us for next-day availability (subject to openings).
  • The earlier you book, the easier it is for us to adjust our schedule for you.

Once you submit our contact form, you will automatically gain access to our availability calendar to pick your preferred slot.

Our rates per service are fixed.
Please note: Multi-service packages are currently in the works.They will combine several services (viewings + arrival welcome + support) at a discounted rate.

Yes, pricing may vary depending on the travel distance.We will give you an exact price quote during our initial planning call..

We accept:

  • Bank transfers

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation 3+ days before the scheduled date: Full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before: A portion of the fee will be non-refundable.
  • Peace of Mind service: Non-refundable (as these require immediate, short-notice dispatch).
SERVICES

This service allows you to alert us if you are worried about your child and cannot reach them. We will head on-site to check on them and give you a full update on the situation.

Important: This service is not a substitute for calling emergency services (112, 15, 17, 18 in France) and does not constitute ongoing or long-term monitoring.

We will:

  • Inspect the apartment thoroughly.
  • Assess the condition of the property (rooms, appliances, safety features).
  • Take detailed photos and videos for your family.
  • Evaluate the neighborhood (safety, public transit, nearby shops).
  • Provide you with a comprehensive report including our personal recommendations.


Yes! Once your child is moved in,we can help them set up and organize the apartment (decluttering, shopping for furniture/essentials, etc.).

we will strongly advise you to walk away from the property. However, the final decision is entirely yours. Our role is to flag the risks and warn you, not to make the final call for you.


DÉMARCHES ADMINISTRATIVES

We support your child through a wide range of procedures (university enrollment, opening a French bank account, applying for CAF housing allowances, etc.).

Since every situation is unique,feel free to explain your specific needs during our planning call —we'll let you know right away if it's something we can handle.

No, we do not negotiate administrative fees, nor do we interfere with pricing or lease terms.However, we help you thoroughly understand the documents and fill out your applications correctly to avoid any rejections or delays.
